Aethos Memory is a self-hosted, cross-tool memory bank for AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, OpenCode, and Codex.
It uses FastMCP, Gemini embeddings, and Supabase pgvector, with the same 3-pass retrieval idea described in the longer post. The GitHub link points to the architecture and code for the project.
