One-person AI businesses should be profitable from day one, says Xiaohu

OPC creator Xiaohu argues that if you decide to build an independent one-person business, you should be profitable from day one.
His reasoning is blunt: with just a laptop, an AI subscription, and Wi‑Fi at a café, you already have enough to start making money. If you still cannot earn, he says that usually means you have not learned how to find demand, get customers, or build something people will pay for — in which case a regular job may be the better choice.
