Claude Code drove 1,700 PRs and 800 million tokens for Boris Cherny this year

Boris Cherny says he has used Claude Code to merge around 1,700 pull requests, add 400,000 lines of code and delete 250,000 more this year, with roughly 8 billion tokens consumed.
He also says that since Opus 4.5, 100% of his code has been written by Claude Code, and that much of his coding now happens on his phone. The clip comes from Scale’s YouTube channel.
