Unitree’s As2-W robot targets mass production with 6 m/s speed and 150 kg payload
teortaxesTex · x · 2026-07-26
Unitree’s As2-W highlights the company’s focus on mass-producible robot hardware rather than flashy one-offs.
The shared spec sheet says the robot can exceed 6 m/s, weigh about 25 kg with battery, carry up to 150 kg statically, handle roughly 16 kg while walking, climb 80 cm steps and 45° slopes, and run for more than 3 hours unloaded or over 2 hours loaded. The post frames this as evidence that Unitree is optimizing for scalable manufacturing.
