Cloudflare Agents SDK adds AI SDK v6 and v7 support with no code changes

Cloudflare says its Agents SDK packages now support AI SDK v6 and v7, and existing code can be upgraded to v7 without changes.
That makes the SDK update a low-friction compatibility release for builders using Cloudflare’s agent stack.
