fable-advisor also routes Claude Code sessions through Opus 5

fable-advisor now uses Opus 5 as its orchestrator for long-horizon agentic work.
- Claude Code can run the session and its subagents on different models.
- The plugin uses Opus as the main architect for requirements, decomposition, specs, and verification.
- Implementation work is routed to the appropriate lane, and Fable 5 reviews the finished work before it is marked done.
- The suggested setup is to install fable-advisor, switch the model to Opus 5, and use Medium reasoning effort.
