Use Codex or ChatGPT Work to audit a Windows install and registry, then let it suggest and fix issues.
The attached screenshot shows the system check reporting repaired protected files, corrected clock drift, cleaned startup records, healthy boot/security settings, and a few remaining optional improvements such as a reboot to finish removing a locked OneDrive DLL and reviewing disk space and startup apps.
