A Reddit user says Opus 5 is unusually frugal with tokens: while they were trying to burn through the last 10% of their quota before reset, the counter barely moved.
They contrast that with another model, Fable, which consumed far more usage on the same task, and say the result quality was strong enough to serve as a counterpoint to the wave of negative Opus 5 posts.
