Codex blocks a normal session with a safety warning during Llama.cpp work
A GitHub issue against openai/codex reports that a Codex CLI session on macOS was working normally until it suddenly showed a “Request blocked” warning while the user was working on llama.cpp parsing and encoding for DeepSeek V4.
