OpenAI users report `primaryapi_server_error` after login failures

Another Reddit user says they can no longer log into OpenAI and now see primaryapiservererror.
The issue first appeared as “Unable to load projects,” and clearing the cache or using incognito did not help. The report adds another datapoint that OpenAI’s auth/login path is failing for multiple users.
