Researchers built the first genome-scale CRISPRi perturbation atlas for human stem cells, covering more than 11,000 genes across over 2.5 million cells.
The open-access atlas is meant to help researchers map what genes do, not just where they are. By turning months of wet-lab testing into a searchable resource, it could accelerate regenerative medicine, drug discovery, and AI virtual cell models.
