Musk says China has a “good chance” to lead the world in AI

Elon Musk tells The Economist there is a “good chance” China will become the world leader in AI.
He also argues that banning Chinese models will not stop China from overtaking the U.S., and says Chinese models face structural constraints that still hold them back today.
