Open-source Sana.ai MCP tool syncs meeting transcripts to local agent workflows
--lael-- · reddit · 2026-07-25
Sana-ai-mcp is an open-source MCP/CLI tool that lets an AI agent access meeting transcripts and related data from Sana.ai.
- A local daemon syncs new data from Sana, and the agent interacts with a local copy so the data stays on-device.
- Authentication uses email plus email-code flow, which can even be driven by the agent.
- The installer is one-click on Windows, macOS, and Linux, auto-detects common harnesses like Claude, Codex, Cursor, and VS Code, and can also uninstall cleanly.
- The CLI lets users enable or disable MCP integrations and browse transcript data, summaries, participants, meetings, and settings.
- Requires a Sana.ai account, and the author says they are not affiliated with the project.
