Meta adds calendar access and research workflows to Meta AI
The Verge AI · rss · 2026-07-25
Meta is turning Meta AI into more of a personal assistant, adding calendar access, event planning, daily briefings, and guided deep research.
- The company says the update is part of its push toward “personal superintelligence.”
- Meta says the new experience is powered by its freshly released Muse Spark 1.1 model.
- The chatbot is no longer framed as just a Q&A or image-generation tool; Meta wants it to handle day-to-day productivity work as well.
