A follow-up to the Slack-agent thread says the easiest way to get started is to give the agent a BOOTSTRAP.md file so it can walk through setup correctly.
Taken together with the main post, this suggests a template-driven onboarding flow for agent setup: the agent is wired into Vercel Connect/CLI, then bootstrapped from a markdown playbook that tells it how to configure itself.
