Salesforce will show how Metadata Grounding MCP gives agents live org context
RebeccaBellan · x · 2026-07-24
A Salesforce developer event will focus on giving AI coding agents live org awareness through Metadata Grounding MCP. The session features Salesforce experts Gonzalo Gambino and Mohit Shrivastava and is scheduled for July 29 at 9:00 a.m. PT.
The pitch is that agents need semantic access to an org’s metadata so they can act with the right context, rather than working from a flat prompt alone. It is a practical framing of how MCP can connect agents to enterprise systems.
