GPT 5.6 Sol and Luna reportedly built a real-time vision stack over MCP

A developer says they can no longer go back to “regular software” after exploring a stack that combines real-time depth estimation, raymarched SDFs, StreamDiffusion, and BiRefNet. The whole setup was authored by GPT 5.6 Sol and Luna inside Sentinel over MCP, with the human steering it live.
The post is essentially a workflow demo for agentic software creation:
- multiple models collaborated on the setup
- MCP was used as the orchestration layer
- the human acted as a real-time supervisor rather than hand-coding the whole stack
It’s a vivid example of how agent-driven tooling is shifting from code completion to end-to-end system assembly.
