Claude Code login flow loops back to re-auth and fails to send a login link
A GitHub issue against anthropics/claude-code reports a broken OAuth flow when connecting Claude Code to a Claude.ai account.
After clicking Authorize, the user is asked to sign in again for security. On the next screen, choosing Continue with email consistently returns an error saying the login link could not be sent.
The reporter says the failure reproduces across multiple attempts over hours or days, even though other Anthropic emails still arrive normally and there are no spam or filter issues on the ProtonMail account.
