Pi 0.82.0 lets bash commands detect the loaded model and provider

Pi 0.82.0 adds a few practical agent-runtime changes:
- When Pi shells out to bash, commands can now detect which model and provider are loaded.
- Constrained sampling is now available for supported providers and models.
- The release also includes a batch of fixes.
