He says enablement should start with the workflows that already consume real time, instead of starting with the tool itself.
The workshop was for a heavily regulated organization planning a Claude rollout to 5,000+ employees.
The key idea is to pick a few high-value workflows first, then train people on those concrete jobs.
In other words, adoption comes from solving a pain point people already feel, not from distributing seats.
