Open-source React library for rendering UI components of agent tools
wommmmmmmmm · reddit · 2026-07-24
A developer shared their open-source React library, ai-tool-elements, designed to handle the frontend UI for AI agent tool calls.
Acting as a frontend equivalent of Composio, it allows developers to render pre-built shadcn components for popular tool APIs directly in their apps, eliminating the need to hand-roll custom UIs for every project. The library is fully provider-agnostic and was built using Claude Code.
