Open-source harness runs Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini with governed MCP tools

Open-sourced a governed runtime for coding agents
A new Apache-2.0 desktop workspace puts Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, and Qwen behind a single harness rather than giving them raw shell access.
- 100+ MCP tools: embedded browser (navigate, run JS, read pages), code editor, terminals, git, downloads, and a secrets manager.
- Governance: RBAC plus per-tool kill switches, so each agent only touches what you allow; secrets are injected at call time instead of being pasted into prompts.
- Self-extending toolbox: agents can scaffold and hot-reload their own small plugin tools at runtime.
- Terminal sharing: live sessions can be handed off or watched from a phone via QR, with end-to-end encryption.
The author positions it as a runtime/harness layer, not another model or CLI. It is early, JVM-based, and open for feedback and contributors.
