Researchers introduced RoboMME, a new benchmark designed to tackle the critical lack of memory capabilities in long-horizon robotic tasks. The benchmark evaluates models across 16 different robot tasks, such as object counting and timing mastery.

The team assessed 14 memory-augmented generalist policies on RoboMME. The work highlights that robot memory requires strong multimodal understanding to support reactive action prediction, providing a foundation for future progress in this core robotic capability.
