- Daily engineering context: every night, the agent gathers commits, maps them to features and modules, flags risks, and generates a structured daily brief.
- GitHub-to-Linear sync: hourly jobs detect new GitHub issues, collect related commits, PRs, comments, and reproduction details, then create or update the matching Linear task instead of duplicating it.
- Event-driven PR preparation: when a PR is assigned, mentioned, or CI fails, the agent prepares summaries, risks, and draft review comments, but the human still makes the final decision.
The author’s main claim is that the agent should assemble context and propose actions, while judgment and execution stay with the engineer. OpenLoomi is open source.
