Pi no longer generates random TypeScript files on model updates

Mitsuhiko says a small but meaningful Pi product change improved the experience: committing to Pi no longer creates random TypeScript files every time the model updates.
Instead, the team found a way to generate those files on the fly, which removes an annoying bit of churn from the workflow and makes the product feel smoother.
