OpenAI rolls out ChatGPT Voice in desktop app with computer control and Codex coding

ChatGPT Voice is rolling out in the OpenAI desktop app, and users can now control their computer through the Live voice system.
The post also says the same voice workflow can be used for coding with Codex, making the desktop app a more hands-on control surface rather than just a chat client.
