Andreessen says one programmer may soon oversee thousands of bots

Marc Andreessen argues that AI will flatten organizational hierarchies: one programmer may soon oversee an entire “org chart of bots,” then bots managing bots, until a single human can direct thousands of autonomous workers.
He says this could make individual programmers 1000x more productive and let a technical founder ship work that once required an entire company, because coordination becomes the bottleneck rather than headcount.
