GoodfireAI validates gene-variant predictions against biobank, clinical, and RNA data
leedsharkey · x · 2026-07-24
GoodfireAI says it has gone beyond its earlier interpretability result on 4.2 million genetic variants.
In the new update, the team says several predictions were validated with real-world data, including:
- a national biobank
- clinical data
- RNA sequencing data
The thread also points to a new preprint with Mayo Clinic and the release of an open-source database covering all variants in NIH’s ClinVar database.
