Grok 4.5 in Cursor feels strong in a Sidekick delegation workflow
The author says they have been using Grok 4.5 inside Cursor with Cognition’s Sidekick delegation pattern and have enjoyed the experience.
Their takeaway is that the model already feels good enough to be both planner and executor, but at its current Fast speed there is still room for other models to win on intelligence. They are also waiting for Composer 3 and 5.6 Sol Ultrafast.
