Anthropic user says a €200 plan keeps downgrading to weaker Opus versions

A user says Anthropic’s latest Opus behavior has become so frustrating that they’re ready to cancel their subscription once Kimi’s waitlist opens.
- After asking Fable to check unit test coverage, the model was downgraded.
- The screenshot shows Fable 5 safeguards flagging the request, then switching the session to Opus 4.8.
- The complaint is that a €200/month plan now feels like “constant downgrades” to a weaker model.
