Project management for Claude Code that lives in your repo
A new desktop app, Lovelace, stores tickets, docs, and session records as Markdown inside the repository and renders the board directly from those files. Claude works on the same files via MCP, so the workflow stays versioned and repo-native.
What it includes
- One-click install with custom ticket types, fields, statuses, filters, and forms generated from your schema
- Ticket pages with a block editor plus a timeline of comments, sessions, and commits
- A docs tree in the same repo, stale-doc badges, and wiki-link graphs between tickets and docs
- Eight MCP tools for Claude, with schema validation on every write
- Guard hooks that block direct edits to ticket files and require a session record before Claude exits
- A session-start hook that injects a 1,500-token digest of in-progress tickets and recent sessions
- Live presence indicators, inline validation, and file/line error reporting
The project has been dogfooded for three weeks; the repo contains the 139 tickets and 144 session records that built it. It is free and requires no account.
