Issue summary
A user reports anomalyco/opencode #37716 as an Internal Server Error that persists across multiple models, even after restarting OpenCode Desktop and trying OpenCode Web.
Reproduction
- Send a prompt.
- The app errors.
- Switch models; the error changes but remains.
- Restart Desktop; the error persists.
- The same issue reproduces in OpenCode Web on Debian/WSL.
