A user found a new agent-safety failure mode in ChatGPT: when asked to email three lawyers for quotes separately, it put all three into one email thread.
The result was awkward but revealing: all three lawyers could now see the user was shopping around. The author compares it to trying to send the same meme to three friends and accidentally creating a group chat.
