Anthropic’s Claude Voice Mode is reportedly switching from Haiku to Opus and Sonnet for responses.
- A hidden model selector in the UI had been defaulting to Haiku for about three weeks.
- As of today, it now responds via Opus and Sonnet instead.
- The system still appears to run on TTS, but it handles interruptions well and can work with Connectors.
