Amp adds agent-to-agent delegation across orb, local, and remote machines

Amp now supports agent-to-agent delegation: an agent can spawn another agent in an orb, on a local machine, or elsewhere, and they can send messages and files to each other.
The examples emphasize practical coordination:
- start a side quest to fix an unrelated bug and keep working on the main thread;
- run four parallel browser tests at different screen sizes and collect screenshots;
- recover useful files from an abandoned prototype into the current approach;
- hand off documentation work to a different project;
- let multiple agents communicate while tackling the same broader task.
