NSF and Astera Partner on Programmable Cloud Labs for AI-Ready Scientific Data

Astera Institute and the NSF have announced a partnership to advance the Programmable Cloud Laboratories Test Bed Initiative.
The project aims to produce reproducible, AI-ready scientific data through automated experimentation, standardized data generation, and rich metadata capture. Astera will contribute funding and support to amplify the public benefit of this major federal investment in open science.
