The screenshot suggests Codex usage is now tracked on a monthly basis, with a quota display showing “Usage remaining,” “Monthly,” “100%,” and an Aug. 21 reset date.
It looks like a product-side change in how usage is metered or displayed, rather than just a casual remark in the post text.
