Survey finds young creatives are least excited about AI art, writing, and music

A MARS Magazine chart says younger creatives are notably unconvinced by using AI to produce art, writing, and music.
From a June 2026 survey of 1,690 U.S. adults:
- 18–29: 41% not at all excited, 22% not very excited, 26% somewhat excited, 11% very excited
- 30–49: 30% / 25% / 27% / 18%
- 50–64: 32% / 28% / 29% / 12%
- 65+: 30% / 37% / 26% / 8%
The chart suggests enthusiasm is low across age groups, and especially muted among younger adults and creators.
