OpenAI Academy says its six-month SME AI Accelerator trained small and medium-sized businesses across Europe, with events in Dublin, Warsaw, London, Munich, Milan, and Paris.
The program, run with Booking.com, used mentor-led demos to show how ChatGPT and Codex can save time, improve operations, and support growth. OpenAI argues that helping SMEs adopt practical AI skills matters because they make up 99% of European businesses.
