Sakana AI is doubling down on a multi-model thesis: instead of betting on a single frontier model, it is expanding its collaboration with NVIDIA to bring open-weight Nemotron models into Fugu, its multi-agent orchestration system.
The idea is to dynamically select and coordinate specialized models for complex, multi-step tasks, making AI systems more modular, adaptable, and resilient.
