Gemini CLI v0.53.0-preview.0 adds triage orchestration, safety fixes, and eval coverage reporting
Google’s Gemini CLI release ships several workflow and reliability updates: it now groups cancelled tool responses and coalesces consecutive roles to avoid 400 errors, adds an LLM triage orchestrator and container build, aligns macOS Seatbelt profiles with a deny-default model, mitigates infinite ReAct and prompt-injection loops, enforces workspace trust and task isolation in the A2A server to prevent RCE, restores credential fallback behavior, and adds an eval coverage report command.
