The author shares an AI automation workflow for open-source community maintenance. By utilizing a GitHub Community Triage autopilot that runs hourly, combined with a specialized Issue/PR handling system deployed on Multica, they aim to manage the extremely high costs of manual maintenance.
Even with AI assistance, the community currently has over 400 pending PRs. A significant portion of these were triaged and reviewed but temporarily stalled because they did not align with the product roadmap.
