W&B says world action models can show their “dream” before choosing actions
wandb · x · 2026-07-23
- W&B explains that a World Action Model first predicts a short video of the near future—the model’s “dream”—and then generates actions from that predicted video in the same pass.
- This makes it possible to compare what the model expected next with what actually happened, frame by frame.
- The post argues that VLAs do not provide that same introspection.
