Claude Managed Agents adds several workflow upgrades
Anthropic’s Claude Managed Agents added a few quality-of-life features aimed at agent builders:
- Per-agent effort levels so teams can tune quality vs. cost
- Streaming events for sub-agents alongside the main agent, useful for chatty apps
- Initial session events to avoid an extra round trip before work starts
- The quoted announcement also mentions up to 500 skills per session, plus webhooks for environments and memory stores
The post frames the update as a practical way to make managed agents easier to orchestrate and cheaper to run.
