listen-habibi turns YouTube links and audio files into Arabic transcripts

A new project, listen-habibi, turns a YouTube link or a local audio/video file into Arabic text transcription.
The app runs in Docker and automates the full pipeline: extract audio, convert formats, split long clips, and save the transcript to a ready-to-use file. The reply notes support for Ruby, CPU/CUDA/Metal execution, subtitles, and optional word-level timestamps.
