PeptiVerse introduces SOTA peptide property predictors
The paper, published in Nature Communications, presents PeptiVerse, a set of new state-of-the-art models for predicting peptide properties.
It covers multiple endpoints, including:
- solubility
- permeability
- hemolysis
- non-fouling
- half-life
- toxicity
- binding affinity
The models work for both wild-type and modified peptides, and they are hosted on Hugging Face.
