A Novel Idea for API Rate Limits: Dynamic Token Pricing and Bidding

In response to frequent 429 rate limit errors caused by massive traffic, a developer proposed an interesting solution: dynamic token pricing or bidding mechanisms.
This could be implemented using the x402 protocol or an internal protocol to negotiate getting past the 429 limit by committing to being charged a higher price.
