PostHog says its AI already generates some of its own pull requests
At Startup School Paris, PostHog CEO James Hawkins discussed how the company is evolving from an open-source product analytics tool into a much bigger ambition: self-driving software that finds product problems and ships fixes automatically.
According to the post, PostHog’s AI systems are already generating a portion of the company’s own pull requests.
The broader message from Hawkins was that founders often underestimate how ambitious they can be — and that bigger ideas are easier to hire for, market, and fundraise around.
