A Similarweb chart shows how the share of visitors who used both Gemini and ChatGPT has changed over time.
The graph suggests overlap has been rising for both user bases across 2025–2026, with roughly one quarter of ChatGPT visitors and around 41%–50% of Gemini visitors also visiting the other product depending on the month. It’s a useful signal that the two assistants may be increasingly sharing the same audience rather than splitting it cleanly.
