DJI Avata 360 footage reconstructed into a detailed 3DGS scene
A repost highlights another LichtFeld Studio reconstruction by @kotohibi3d. The original post shows a 3D Gaussian Splatting reconstruction of Miho Dam in Japan from DJI Avata 360 footage.
- 14:34 of 8K DLog-M video was used.
- 875 images were extracted and masked.
- Spherical SfM was run in Metashape, then the scene was trained in LichtFeld Studio with 3DGS.
- The result is presented as a high-quality 3D scene with parallax-aware camera work.
